The information on this website is general and describes our approach and standard services. We aim to keep it accurate and may update it as our services develop.

Enquiries and previews

Contacting ClearPage or requesting a homepage preview does not itself create a contract or an obligation to buy. Complimentary previews are subject to suitability following a business review and cover an initial homepage concept or direction, not unlimited free design work.

Scope, pricing and timing

The standard website offer is £695 for initial setup plus £49 per month for hosting, routine maintenance and reasonable routine content updates. Bespoke work, larger redesigns, new functionality or substantial additions may cost more.

Project scope, deliverables, payment arrangements, timing, domain arrangements, ownership of project assets and any ongoing service or cancellation terms must be agreed separately before work begins. Published pricing does not replace that agreement.

Business information and outcomes

Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving their business information and claims before publication. ClearPage cannot guarantee search engine rankings, a particular number of enquiries, sales or other business outcomes.

Website content and concepts

ClearPage’s own website design, branding and original content are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. Please contact us before reproducing or reusing them beyond uses permitted by law. Northfield Roofing is a fictional business used solely to demonstrate a website concept; it is not a client or case study.

Third-party services

Domains, email, hosting and any other third-party services may be subject to the relevant provider’s own terms. Links to other websites do not mean ClearPage controls their content or policies.
